TIANALUX (TLX) is a multidisciplinary creative studio dedicated to designing intuitive, emotionally intelligent experiences that resonate with the soul. We work across brand identity, UX/UI, content, and experience strategy—reimagining what it means to design for both the inner and outer world. We’re currently expanding our TLX DESIGN (@tianaluxdesign) division and are looking for a User Experience Designer who’s deeply curious, values human connection, and can bring thoughtful digital experiences to life. Role Description This is a remote contract or full-time role for a User Experience Designer. In this position, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across branding, design, and strategy. You’ll lead and support UX projects from user research and information architecture to prototyping and high-fidelity UI, helping shape interfaces that feel as good as they function. Responsibilities Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes Collaborate on UI designs that align with TLX’s creative and emotional tone Test, iterate, and evolve designs based on user feedback and usability testing Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and brand consistency across platforms Co-create in a space that honors intuition, inclusivity, and user healing Qualifications Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design/prototyping tools Understanding of user-centered design, visual hierarchy, and design systems Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and effectively Collaborative mindset with an appreciation for story-driven design Bonus: Experience or passion for wellness, social impact, or trauma-informed UX Degree in UX, HCI, Design—or equivalent experience; lived experience and strong portfolios welcomed TLX is not just a studio.
