Job Description

Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid, requiring the candidate to report to the office three times per week or as dictated by the business.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop technical solutions, including requirements specification, functional decomposition, analysis, development, and testing for current and new programs.
2. Lead the development of software system design content and address software anomalies.
3. Perform complex design analysis.
4. Specify and balance system requirements.
5. Promote and support best practices within the software community.
6. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one platform or application component.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong foundation in computer science.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and familiarity with multiple ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, and Python.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, ARM templates, YAML pipelines, or Bicep.
• Experience creating Grafana dashboards for Azure resources and KQL.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure services, including Kafka, Event Hubs, Data Factory, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and related networking and security practices.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and scripting languages.
• Ability to plan, test, and perform software upgrades in enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Azure security, cryptography, Vault, SSL certificates, and identity management.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience with cloud/edge hosting, GIT, CI/CD, and automation solutions.
• Experience in cloud development using Go on Azure.
• Experience with open-source software development and contributions.

Additional Information

This role may include relocation benefits. The estimated salary range is $134,000 to $241,900, depending on experience and location. Benefits include health and wellness programs, retirement plans, recognition programs, tuition assistance, and vehicle discounts.
