This role starts in St Louis (1-3 months) and then hits the road for ~10 months of travel!

This is a 100% travel based Recruiting role, covering the country, 1-3 months in each location. You'll visit a city and hire 10-20 Salespeople for a local team (getting paid for every person you hire!)
The company pays for hotel stays and offers a $50,000 base salary plus monthly bonus target of $4,000 (uncapped)! Total annual comp will be ~$100,000 plus free housing. Most recently the company has been in San Antonio and St Louis for 2 months.
Responsibilities:
- Hire local sales teams via events (TopGolf, Walmart, colleges, town hall events, virtual/onsite career fairs)
- Post jobs on Monster, CareerBuilder, Facebook, Instagram and job boards
- Interview, or hold mass hiring events, hire and onboard candidates
- Initiate the pre-existing training process, encourage and retain employees
The extremely successful company travels to local areas affected by storms, and hires a large door to door sales team to work with residents/insurance companies and make affordable repairs. This role will recruit Salespeople via in person events (TopGolf, local colleges, virtual career fairs), job board posts and local advertisements, then train and retain employees.
