IT Director, Go-To-Market Systems Job Details: Job Description: The IT Director, Go-To-Market Systems will oversee and manage our go-to-market technology stack, ensuring it aligns with business goals and technical needs. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and other go-to-market technologies, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market technology strategy aligned with company goals. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse global IT team, including developers, administrators, business analysts, and architects. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our go-to-market platforms cutting-edge. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and status reports. Provide technical guidance in Salesforce and other go-to-market technologies. Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of go-to-market applications. Drive continuous improvement in code quality, development processes, and deployment practices. Serve as the primary contact between business teams, system integrators, and IT teams. Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate with Information security teams to deliver on key areas such as security, performance optimization, infrastructure management, and system integrations. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management practices. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's/BS with 9+ years of experience or Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field. 10+ years of experience in application development, with at least 6 years in Salesforce and other go-to-market technologies. 5+ years of experience in managing vendors, content providers, and business stakeholders. 5+ years of experience leading and managing a diverse and global IT team. 5+ years of experience implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business value. Preferred Qualifications: Solid understanding of semiconductor industry processes and business requirements. Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Mergers and Acquisitions knowledge.
