Our client, a large trade association located in Arlington, VA, is seeking a direct-hire Benefits Manger to join their team!

About the Job:

• Hands-on management and administration of all benefit programs including retirement, group health, and more.
• Maintains compliance across all level of federation, state, and local laws.
• Serve as the POC for all employees with questions and additional needs.
• Communicate consistently with employees and leadership regarding updates, new tools, and any upcoming deadlines.
• Collaborate across the Human Resources department and with other internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

• 8+ years of strong experience with hands-on benefits administration are required.
• Bachelors degree is required for this role.
• Strong detail-orientation with the ability to monitor/maintain deadlines and confidentiality.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS and Excel experience required.
• "No task too small" attitude with a drive for seamless benefits administration.

About the Position:

• Salary of $125K-$150K, depending on experience.
• Comprehensive and generous benefits package!
• Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite.
• Metro accessible office in Arlington, VA.
