Our client, a highly regarded regional bank with deep roots in the Connecticut community, is seeking an experienced Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering personalized banking and wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families.

This position offers the chance to build long-term client relationships, collaborate with internal partners across investment, lending, and trust services, and drive strategic growth within the Private Banking division.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored banking, credit, and wealth solutions.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of private banking clients through proactive relationship building, referrals, and targeted business development strategies.
• Identify client needs and coordinate with internal experts in lending, financial planning, and investment services to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform client strategies and bank offerings.
• Participate in community engagement and networking activities to enhance visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications such as CFP®, CIMA®, or CFA a plus).
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high-net-worth relationship management.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of credit structuring, investment products, and trust and estate planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain).
