About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Virtual Assistant to help our team with administrative tasks. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping others, and are willing to learn, we’d love to have you on our team.

This is a remote, part-time position , making it perfect for anyone looking to work from home with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling and managing calendars

  • Respond to emails and help with communication tasks

  • Organize files, documents, and online records

  • Help prepare reports and documents as needed

  • Perform light research and online tasks

  • Communicate with team members and clients as needed

  • Provide general administrative support to the team



Requirements

Skills Needed

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Basic computer skills (Google Docs, email, Zoom, etc.)

  • Ability to stay organized and manage tasks effectively

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn

  • Attention to detail

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Anyone over the age of 18

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • No experience necessary — we will train you!

  • Must be comfortable working remotely
