Job Summary: The Technical Sales Manager (T.S.M.) will be responsible for generating and managing sales. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new sales via Cold Calling. Enter and manage leads in the Opportunity Pipeline, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Prioritize leads based on their potential to result in new business. Develop and customize Value Proposition Presentations tailored to the needs of our clients. Present proposals to Decision Makers, emphasizing the benefits and ROI of our IT and data analytics services. Guide Opportunities through various Sales Stages, including Lead, Qualification, Value Proposition, Proposal, Address Challenges, Contracting, and Startup. Address and resolve Customer objections and challenges in coordination with Business Owners. Coordinate Startup Calls with the Customer Service Team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Leverage customer feedback to generate new leads and refine sales strategies. Qualifications: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Candidate Selection: The ideal Technical Sales Manager (T.S.M.) is passionate about taking care of their customers 24/7. The T.S.M. is comfortable with uncomfortable situations, including making cold calls, pursuing leads, and exceeding sales targets. The T.S.M. has strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
