Job Description

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and passionate soccer coaches to lead individual and small-group training sessions. Ideal candidates will have playing and/or coaching experience, a growth mindset, and the ability to connect with players and parents in a professional and encouraging manner.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct private and small group training sessions.
• Implement technical drills that prioritize ball touches and skill development.
• Create a positive, fun, and focused learning environment.
• Provide feedback to players and communicate progress to parents when needed.
• Arrive early, set up equipment neatly, and represent Futbol Factory with professionalism.
• Submit session plans and follow company training structures and philosophies.
• Emphasize life lessons and core values during training.

Requirements

• Soccer playing or coaching experience (club, high school, college, or pro).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our coaching style and systems.
• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• USSF, USC, or other coaching licenses (not required but a plus).
• Experience working with kids ages 6–18.
• CPR/First Aid certification (optional).
