Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Experience in test automation with tools such as Selenium/Playwright
• Experienced in developing automation frameworks (Web), SDLC process, and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with microservices automation
• Knowledge of quality engineering practices like Code review, Secure coding practices, Code Quality, Code Coverage, CI/CD, SQL
• Deep understanding of Behavior Driven Development methodology
• Strong test automation methodology knowledge with tools and programming languages such as JAVA, .NET, VBScript, JavaScript, and Python (Java preferred)
• Ability to research and adopt new automation tools, techniques, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Contribute to software quality improvements through code reviews, design discussions, and process enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products
• Experience with reporting and providing metrics on test automation
• Effective communication of test results and status to stakeholders
• Extensive technical skills and comprehensive knowledge of enterprise quality engineering transformation
• Prior experience implementing test automation solutions in complex, scaled environments

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs, including upgrades and deployments
• Review technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and serve as an escalation point, providing guidance to less experienced staff
