Job Description:

LHH is seeking a dynamic and motivated Contract Recruiter to join our client's team for a 3-6 month contract. This hybrid role, based in Chatsworth, CA, offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site. As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to meet our client's company's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract or temporary role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
