The Role At Inspira Education, our people are our greatest asset. We seek an exceptional full-cycle recruiter and HR business partner to join our talent acquisition team. As our founding in-house recruiter, you will work directly with our founders to build a high-performance team that defines our Series A ed-tech startup's future. This role involves shaping our hiring strategies, culture, and leadership team, with a focus on attracting top-tier talent across various departments. Why is this role unique: Legacy-building opportunity: Create the foundation of our future team Work directly with founders and influence decisions See your impact on shaping the company's trajectory Be at the center of our fast-paced, high-growth environment Recruiting Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to offer letters Collaborate with co-founders to identify and hire key leaders Develop strategies to grow our high-performing team Promote Inspira as a top destination for talent using creative and data-driven approaches Implement recruitment initiatives and report on activities weekly Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and compliance with recruitment processes Create sourcing reports and assess candidate data Support organizational needs and manage external job postings HR Business Partner Responsibilities: Advise founders on employee relations, performance, and engagement Support onboarding, performance reviews, and feedback cycles Partner with leadership to evolve organizational structure, career paths, and compensation Scale HR systems, processes, and policies Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing culture Ensure legal compliance across the organization Qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a scaling startup, preferably across multiple departments 2+ years of full-stack HR experience Experience hiring for senior and executive roles Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills Strong collaboration and communication skills Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse), Google Suite, LinkedIn, Slack Excellent project management and data analysis skills In-house startup recruiting experience is required What we look for: Authentic connection-building Winning attitude and curiosity Determination, enthusiasm, adaptability, and energy The targeted pay range is $100,000-$130,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
