Overview:
We are seeking a System Test Lead with extensive experience in testing large-scale, enterprise-level Java applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading test efforts, developing comprehensive test strategies, managing test execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
4+ years as a System Test Lead for large, complex Java applications
7+ years of QA experience in test planning, development, and execution across multi-platform systems
6+ years working with HP/Microfocus Test Tools (ALM/Octane, LoadRunner, QTP/UFT), and Rational Performance Tester
7+ years writing SQL and using tools like Toad, AQT, or similar
7+ years performing system testing of large, complex Java applications
4+ years using tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Word
1+ year experience with Agile methodology and testing
1+ year experience using JIRA
3+ years analyzing and executing batch processing jobs
1+ year testing web services (SOAP/REST)
1+ year using GIT, Nexus, Jenkins for CI/CT
1+ year experience in Mobile Testing (iOS/Android)
1+ year in Security Testing
Experience with Mobile Emulator Testing
