Job Summary:

Omnicom Production is searching for an experienced client-facing Project Manager to work in a fast-paced agency environment. This role is on site with our high profile financial new/media client in NYC. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where you will be the sole project owner working to deliver small-to-large multi-channel projects across multiple brands. You should be comfortable and experienced with direct client and agency partner communication/relationship building, estimating/scoping projects, creating project schedules/timelines, managing multiple clients and projects, and working with internal Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, Post Production, Studio, Asset Management, Compliance/Quality Assurance, and Finance teams. Building strong trust and rapport with the client, team and stakeholders throughout planning, production, post production, and delivery is essential.

Location: NYC- midtown, Hybrid, 3 days/in office

Salary: 70-82k

Responsibilities:
  • Manage small-to-large multi-channel video/photography, digital, and print projects including photo/video shoots, social, paid media, toolkits, emails, websites/landing pages, and more
  • Vet new project requests and briefs for scoping requirements (e.g. deliverables, timing, budget, assumptions, etc.), updating or creating briefs as needed
  • Develop small-to-large scale project schedules, estimates, SOWs, and resource planning
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, performing proactive identification of potential challenges and ensuring on-time project deliverables
  • Manage project scope, timeline and budget and execute change documentation when additional requests are made
  • Manage project communication internally and externally and document key meetings and decisions
  • Define project scope and develop SOWs and Change Orders
  • Responsible for project status and financial tracking including monitoring POs and invoices
  • Report overall project status internally and externally on status meetings
  • Assign individual resource responsibilities and help identify appropriate resources needed on a per-project basis
  • Partner with production to complete rights management/usage documentation and asset metadata
  • Coordinate handoff of final assets to our asset management platform

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 2-4 years of project management experience with 2+ in an agency environment
  • Client-facing experience required
  • Extremely well organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Emotionally intelligent, collaborative, adaptable and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable with a high level of quick turn projects
  • A strong knowledge of best practices in project management
  • Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Experience with global campaigns and regional localization a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Smartsheet
