Our client is a collaborative and creative design firm passionate about delivering thoughtful, high-quality projects across a range of sectors. As they grow, they’re looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join their team and help keep things running smoothly from start to finish.

Project Manager - Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects stay on track—on time, on budget, and aligned with the clients’ goals. You'll act as the central point of coordination between the internal design team, external consultants, and clients. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy keeping all the moving parts in sync, we’d love to hear from you.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets from concept to completion
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, designers, consultants, and vendors
• Organize and lead regular project meetings and updates
• Anticipate roadblocks and help find creative solutions
• Keep detailed project documentation and track progress against key milestones
• Ensure team members are aligned on tasks and deadlines

Project Manager - Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or a similar coordination role
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Design industry or creative agency experience is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, etc.) is helpful. Proficiency in MS Office required.
