About the Role:

A well-established, fast-paced organization is seeking a results-driven Project Management Director to lead and elevate our project management function across multiple business units. This role is responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and strong collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational discipline to build scalable processes and a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Management team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Develop and implement project management standards, tools, and best practices across the organization.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Optimize project workflows for efficiency, cost control, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as a key liaison with clients or external partners when needed, ensuring strong communication and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase project success rates and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification or similar is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.).
