Job Description:

This role is responsible for supporting all client needs, including discussions and activities. Key responsibilities include monitoring and executing tasks required to fulfill the client service plan and addressing day-to-day inquiries from clients. Job expectations include managing the execution of client service activities such as initiating and monitoring account openings and asset transfers, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with specialists and service centers to deliver an integrated service experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Supports and facilitates personal and non-personal client requests related to banking, credit, and investment products to achieve Private Bank client experience standards, including fulfilling client needs and expectations across all products.
2. Partners with their team to coordinate with specialists, including trust, family office, investments, and custody officers, as well as centralized service centers, to deliver an integrated service experience and resolve client issues effectively and promptly.
3. Adheres to the Private Bank and Enterprise risk framework, complies with regulatory and legal requirements, and assists with client management processes and servicing accounts and portfolios.
4. Provides administrative and analytical support to Portfolio Managers.
5. Supports activities such as investment action plans, new account reviews, and proactive account reviews.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with a financial institution focusing on client service and sales.
• High net worth client service and sales experience is preferred.
• BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, or Economics is desirable.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay Transparency details:

US - NY - Melville - 300 BROADHOLLOW RD - BANK OF AMERICA (NY5529)

Pay range: $27.09 - $39.32 hourly, based on experience, education, and skills.

This role is eligible for participation in the annual discretionary incentive plan, awarded based on individual and company performance.
