Basic Qualifications: •Must be 18 years of age or older
•No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
•No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications: •One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Drivers : Guide drivers to open parking spots and assist with parking if necessary.
- Issue Tickets : Provide parking tickets and collect payments.
- Maintain Cleanliness : Keep the parking area clean by picking up trash and debris.
- Security : Monitor the parking area to prevent theft or damage to vehicles.
- Customer Assistance : Help customers with vehicle issues such as flat tires or dead batteries.
- Enforce Rules : Ensure parking rules and regulations are followed and report violations.
- Minor Maintenance : Perform minor maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs.
- Customer Service : Address customer complaints and queries, providing excellent service.
