Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Mobile App Manual Tester / Support Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile App Manual Tester / Support Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting mobile development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mobile App Manual Tester / Support Engineer Location: Seattle, WA | Fully onsite Pay Range: $41 per hour What's the Job? Collaborate with teams to test and sign-off on mobile app releases in a timely manner. Create detailed release plans and write email updates for developer teams. Conduct QA testing, balancing manual and automated testing efforts. Troubleshoot and debug technical systems, ensuring quality in every release. Support updates to internal documentation and assist with beta user issue routing. What's Needed? 4+ years of recent developer support experience with a focus on mobile applications. Proficiency in Java and JavaScript, with full-stack mobile development experience required. Swift, Objective-C, and Python nice to have Experience in manual QA testing and bug tracking. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on documentation. What's in it for me?
