Membership Experience Specialist

A leading professional organization in the real estate industry is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis, with potential for long-term employment based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
Member Support – Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting members with inquiries, renewals, and general support.
Problem-Solving – Navigate customer questions with confidence, utilizing provided resources to find solutions.
Ticket Management – Respond to inquiries through a customer support system (Zendesk experience is a plus!).
Data & Systems – Work with various platforms, including a learning management system (LMS) and a member database.
Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to enhance the member experience.
