Adecco is looking for an experienced warehouse worker that has previous experience in building or diagnosing engines. This role will invoice diagnosing machines at a rental facility. This role also requires the use of hand tools, power tools, and moving around the warehouse. This is a temp-to-hire role. After you are hired in, you will then get a company vehicle and other benefits as well. The hours for this role are a standard 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING:

Mechanical experience with power and hand tools fixing small engines, vehicles, or similar experience (self employed mechanic does work as well) Prior warehouse/manufacturing environment experience Clean driving record Ability to pass a Hair Follicle Test (THC will be tested) Job title : Mechanically Inclined Warehouse Worker Job Summary The candidate will work as a Warehouse Associate in a niche industry organization that requires hands-on mechanical skills. The role involves performing various warehouse tasks such as material handling, using mechanic's tools for basic assembly and maintenance, conducting inspections for quality control, and maintaining a clean workspace. Even Simpler: The job is for someone who works in a warehouse doing different tasks like moving heavy items, using tools to fix things, checking products to make sure they are good quality, and keeping the area clean. Skill Requirements Must-Have: Mechanical Aptitude : Must be familiar with mechanic's tools and know how to use them fluently. Physical Fitness : Ability to perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks. Reliability : Punctuality and consistent attendance are crucial. Trainability : Willingness to learn niche processes and adapt to our specialized industry. Must pass a 6-panel hair follicle drug screen. Preferred: Previous experience in warehouse or mechanically inclined roles . Skill Education Mechanical Aptitude : The ability to understand and work with mechanical systems or machinery. Mechanic's Tools (mechanic tools) : Instruments like wrenches, screwdrivers, drills used for repairing or assembling machinery. Physical Fitness (physically fit) : The capability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects without fatigue. Material Handling (material handler) : The process of moving materials within a warehouse safely and efficiently. Quality Control (quality check) : Ensuring that products meet required standards before they are sent out or accepted into the warehouse. Heavy Lifting (lifting weights) : The ability to lift weights ranging from 50-75 lbs as part of daily tasks.
