Marketing Project Manager

Employment: Full-time / Part-time

Location: Office (Downtown Montreal) with regular visits to all the properties in the inventory

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager with exceptional marketing and project management skills. You will be working closely with our marketing specialists and content producers as well as the leasing team. The ideal candidate must be agile and quick to respond and is highly capable of cross-functional team coordination and direction.

This role requires that you are able to travel to all our properties whenever there is content production scheduled. There will be off hours and weekend work especially during new property launch or leasing high-season.

• Understand the brands we are working with and ensure that all marketing efforts align with those.
• Coordinate with team members and specialists to ensure that all ongoing marketing campaigns are progressing as scheduled.
• Schedule and facilitate content production (videos, photos, virtual tours). You are expected to organize our team so that they know where they should be, what deliverables are expected from them and by when. 
• Work hand in hand with the sales team to get feedback regarding lead quality and ensure that this feedback is communicated to the marketing team. 
• Ensure that there is a timely campaign report produced by marketing team members on campaigns they are involved in. 
• Schedule and facilitate marketing campaign update calls with clients so they are up-to-date with the results we are delivering.
• Conduct quality checks for the campaigns and ensure that all information is correct, and that the content aligns with the brand.
• Respond in a timely manner to inquiries or clarifications requested by team members and specialists regarding marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a log of all meetings and requests received and how/when these requests were resolved.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within real estate or marketing sectors.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to quickly respond and adapt to changing needs, especially in collaboration with the sales team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and marketing software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques is a plus.
• Highly coachable and has natural inquisitiveness
• Availability to work on weekends, especially during peak seasons
