You will lead a dynamic team of fullstack engineers and architects while directly shaping the technical vision of products that are transforming an entire industry. What You'll Own Build and Lead: Grow, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of engineers delivering innovative, high-quality software solutions. Architect the Future: Spearhead architectural design initiatives to modernize and scale mission-critical systems. Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with product and design leaders to translate ambitious ideas into elegant, reliable technology. Drive End-to-End Execution: Champion the full software development lifecycle—from vision to deployment—ensuring excellence at every stage. Empower Teams: Clear obstacles, enhance agile processes, and cultivate a culture of ownership, resilience, and continuous improvement. The Experience You Bring 7+ years as a professional software engineer, with hands-on leadership of high-performing technical teams. 2+ years in a people management or technical leadership role, formally or through influence. Mastery of scalable architecture, distributed systems, and modern cloud technologies. Relational, engaging communicator—able to lead with both heart and expertise. Strong technical foundation across fullstack environments. Proven success in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Technical Toolbox & Frameworks: Node.js, React, PHP, Vue.js, GraphQL Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL Messaging & Streaming: Kafka Tools & Platforms: AWS, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Datadog, Heap, Split, JW Player Bonus Points Expertise modernizing legacy systems into microservices architectures. Experience scaling complex, cloud- infrastructures. Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities. Master’s degree or advanced technical certifications.
