Chandler Residential is seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the service operations at Central Park Apartments, one of our most critical and visible communities in Montgomery, Alabama.

What You’ll Do:
Lead daily maintenance operations to ensure the property runs efficiently and looks its best
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general systems
Manage resident service requests with professionalism and follow-through
Supervise and execute the make-ready process to turn units within 5 days
Oversee vendors and contractors, obtain bids, and control supply inventory
Maintain curb appeal and the cleanliness of all common areas and grounds
Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of an on-call rotation
Ensure compliance with OSHA, local building codes, and internal safety policies
Supervise maintenance staff and enforce high service and quality standards
Keep accurate records, logs, and updates in maintenance software systems
What You Bring:
Prior experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance supervision
Expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance
Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills
Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple priorities
Working knowledge of maintenance tracking software (OneSite preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Typical hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
(On-call required for emergencies)
