Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time

Locations: Charlotte, NC & Fort Mill, SC
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually + Quarterly Bonuses

 

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team at both our Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC clinic locations. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and working closely with families to ensure successful therapy outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA therapists.
• Provide ongoing parent training and collaboration.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner.

Salary & Bonus

• Base Salary : $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Quarterly Bonuses : Based on performance
