The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) position is a remote role that allows therapists to launch or grow their private practices with support from Headway. Clinicians benefit from insurance credentialing, billing assistance, marketing support, and flexible scheduling. This position requires a valid license and malpractice insurance, enabling therapists to provide accessible mental health care from anywhere.
Wage: Between $89-$122 an hour
