Salary Range: $140,000.00 To $160,000.00 Annually Position Summary The IT Director in Washington, DC will lead the development, acquisition, implementation, and support of technology across the organization. This role partners with senior management to align IT with business strategy, ensures scalability, and provides technical expertise to support company growth. Key responsibilities include strategy planning, acquisition, deployment, and operational management. Position Responsibilities Plan, develop, and coordinate technology projects to meet business needs. Set policies and goals for the IT department. Analyze departmental needs and create or modify systems to meet objectives. Lead the execution of technology strategies, platforms, and partnerships. Build and manage a high-performing technology team. Oversee system development, including network architecture and security risk management. Ensure 99.9% system uptime and adapt to major technology changes. Establish and enforce technical standards for product development. Support business units in adopting enterprise technologies and manage system migration. Oversee system deployment and configuration. Skills, Abilities, and Requirements Experience in healthcare or community health center industries preferred. Knowledge of healthcare information systems is a plus. Proficiency in PC, Windows, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to interpret technology trends and manage multiple priorities. Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to apply mathematical concepts and interpret technical documents. Knowledge of healthcare technology systems and regulations. Strong problem-solving, time management, and troubleshooting skills. Process-oriented with documentation and project management skills.
