Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment, and experience with international sales orders and export/import documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee global logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with international clients and suppliers to process sales orders and manage shipments.
Create and maintain accurate export/import documentation in compliance with international regulations.
Monitor and optimize warehouse and distribution processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Resolve any issues related to shipping, customs, and transportation.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with international sales orders and creating export/import documentation.
Strong understanding of global logistics and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
