$370,000.00/yr - $490,000.00/yr

The Opportunity

The Global Head of Strategy, Commercial, and M&A has the primary responsibility of shaping the strategic direction of our PDS division, driving commercial excellence, and leading mergers and acquisitions to fuel our growth and market leadership. This role requires expertise in construction management, design, and all elements of technical project management.

This position can be based in any major U.S. or European market and requires flexibility to travel internationally as needed.

Role Responsibilities

• Strategy Development and Execution : Lead the development and implementation of the global PDS business strategy, identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends, collaborate with regional leaders, and drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Commercial Excellence : Evolve PDS global commercial policies, establish the PDS Global Commercial Organisation, optimize processes and pricing strategies, and develop best practices for client engagement.

• Mergers and Acquisitions : Identify and evaluate M&A targets, oversee due diligence, manage post-merger integration, and develop relationships with industry and financial partners.

• Leadership and Collaboration : Serve on the global leadership team, develop local strategies, mentor team members, and foster a culture of innovation and high performance.

• Financial Performance : Drive profitable growth, develop financial metrics, and support budgeting and financial planning.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent preferred
• 15+ years experience in strategy, commercial leadership, and M&A, preferably in real estate or professional services
• Proven success in growth strategies and financial acumen
• Strong stakeholder management and global experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
