This role involves facilitating club meetings, organizing vocal rehearsals, planning performances, and fostering a supportive and creative environment for club members. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the faculty advisor and leader of the Singers Club, overseeing its activities and initiatives. Collaborate with club members to establish goals, priorities, and action plans for the club's activities. Vocal Coaching, Repertoire Selection, Rehearsal Coordination, Performance Planning, Auditions and Recruitment, Promotion and Outreach, Musical Development, Communication and Feedback Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in music education, vocal performance, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in choral directing, vocal coaching, or related roles. Strong vocal and musical skills, including proficiency in music theory and notation. Effective communication and leadership skills, particularly when working with singers and volunteers. A passion for fostering musical talent and creating a positive and inclusive singing community. Willingness to undergo background checks as required by the school or organization. As a Singers Club Advisor, you play a vital role in nurturing the musical talents of club members and fostering a love for singing and vocal performance.
