KNOWLEDGE OF ESTIMATING BIDDING SOFTWARE.

Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in construction estimating, for a General Contractor or in Carpentry PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY...Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Applied Science, Civil Engineering or related field Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates Strong understanding of commercial construction processes Proficiency with MS Word and Excel Experience with Estimator Software Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines Impeccable problem-solving skills The ideal candidate will have previous estimating experience in general construction or carpentry, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven.
