The E-Commerce Administrative Assistant will assist with the full functionality of the Pleasures online store. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including product management, website merchandising, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

E-Commerce:

• Oversee the functionality, content, and user experience of our webstore.
• Manage manual product entry for new collections and ensure proper website merchandising.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate product descriptions and inventory management.
• Plan product/collection strategy and product launch calendars in collaboration with production, operations, and marketing teams.
• Oversee complete product lifecycle management, including:
  • Product uploads and catalog management
  • Product Detail Page (PDP) creation and optimization
  • Ensuring accuracy of product information, pricing and imagery

Administrative:

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
• Assist with special projects and research as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Support basic office functions as required (such as ordering supplies)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably on Shopify Plus.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, using web analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly

• Experience with big box retailers
• RFID/Barcode generation
