Location: Dayton, Monticello

Shift(s): 
  • Dayton: 
    • Every Tue/Wed 6am-3:30pm, every other Sat/Sun 8am-3pm
    • Every other Mon/Fri 3:30-11pm, Every other Sat/Sun 4-11pm 
    • Every Mon/Tues 4-10, Every Thur 2-10, Every other Sat/Sun 9-5pm
    • Every Mon, Wed, Thur 12-10pm, Every other Sat/Sun 12-10pm
  • Monticello
    • Tue, Wed, Fri, Every other Sat/Sun 3pm-9pm 
    • Wed 3-9pm, Every other Sat/Sun 9am-3pm

Wage: $19.00/ HR 

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide supports consistent with what is needed for the person and authorized for Mains’l to provide (this may include dressing, bathing, responding to behavioral and mental health crisis, coaching through difficult situations, etc.)
  • Support with behavior management and intervention; including de-escalation and using positive reinforcement techniques
  • Support in transportation of varying activities important to the person as well as attend medical appointments as needed
  • Administer medication
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team on service plans
  • Document on service plans as instructed, ensuring accurate records for ongoing support
  • Complete incident reports
  • Ensure a safe and structured environment
  • Complete and stay up to date on all trainings that are assigned
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid MN driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation with valid insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check through DHS
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience as a DSP or similar
