What You'll Do We are seeking a highly motivated IT Summer (June - August) Intern to join our dynamic team. This position will involve providing desktop support, participating in SharePoint development and maintenance, and handling technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in learning and growing within the IT field. What You'll be Working on

• Desktop Support: Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, provide technical support to end-users, and ensure all desktop systems are running smoothly
• SharePoint Development and Maintenance: Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, system documentation, and process manuals to ensure clear and accurate records of all procedures

Must Haves

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program
• Basic understanding of desktop support principles and practices
• Familiarity with SharePoint and its functionalities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
