Dental Treatment Coordinator / Assistant Manager - Excellent Pay + Medical, 401k, Paid Time Off and Bonuses!

Our highly reviewed private practice is looking for an Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our practice as our Assistant Manager.

DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED to be considered for this role and solid Dental Software Experience (Dentrix or Eaglesoft) is preferred.

Schedule:

• Mondays, Tuesdays* and Fridays 8AM-5PM
• Wednesdays and Thursdays 10AM to 7PM

*3rd Tuesday of the month is 10AM to 7PM and 4th Tuesday is 9AM to 6PM.

Compensation Package:

• Excellent pay: $28 to $35/hr (DOE) with opportunity for raises up to $40/hr with proven success - You MUST have proven Dental TC experience to be considered for this role!

Duties for our Dental Treatment Coordinator / Assistant Manager include:

• Post payments, managing late payments, etc.
• Track non-paid insurance claims.
• Process insurance payments and refunds.
• Enter data and generating reports
• Communicate with all outside and third-party financing companies offered to patients and educate patients on the available outside financing options.
• Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment.
• Perform general office duties and other duties as required.
