About The Apprenticeship Program Our 1-year program, which will commence in July 2025, is designed to provide individuals who have a two-year associate degree (or will receive an associate degree by June 2025) with alternative pathways to a rewarding career. Apprentices are assigned to a team and manager for the duration of the apprenticeship and participate in project-based work while receiving on-the-job training that supports professional growth and development. Apprentices will work closely with our specialized team of sales professionals, who create a competitive advantage through the depth and breadth of our distribution network, tailored delivery of our broad suite of solutions, and our long history of partnership. Apprentices who successfully complete the program will be encouraged to apply for open roles within the Financial Distributors team. About the Financial Distributors Team At Financial Distributors, we bring together a diverse team of sales professionals who focus on delivering retirement and life insurance solutions that help meet the evolving needs of our distribution partners and their customers. Our specialized team of sales professionals partner and grow our broad distribution platform, which includes banks, broker-dealers, general agencies, independent marketing organizations and independent insurance agents. What We Are Looking For Required: Completing an associate's degree, to be received no later than June 2025 Be Authorized to work in the US Ability to work in Corebridge Financial's Houston, Texas office Preferred: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Analytical, quantitative, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Enthusiasm and commitment to learning new skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders and teams Attention to detail Corebridge Financial will not sponsor applicants to the apprenticeship program for work visas. This role is deemed a "covered associate" under SEC Rule 206(4)-5, 17 CFR § 275.206(4)-5, Political contributions by certain investment advisers, and other federal and state pay-to-play rules. Candidates for the role must not have made any political contributions that, under 17 CFR § 275.206(4)-5 or other federal or state pay-to-play regulations, would disqualify the candidate or Corebridge Financial from conducting Corebridge Financial's business, or that would otherwise create a conflict of interest for Corebridge Financial.
