We are seeking a Clinic Coordinator/Office Assistant to join our Partners in Play team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to support the clinic's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist onsite clients/families
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Contact families to communicate necessary information
• Take messages and communicate to the appropriate team member
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks
• Support clinical team as needed 
• Communication with insurance companies, authorization requests, etc.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Previous experience working in a healthcare office highly preferred (OT, PT, speech, ABA)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Professionalism
• Experience working with children preferred
