Overview

Tamarack Recruiting is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving our growth by generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls daily to potential clients to introduce Tamarack Recruiting's services and identify business needs.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and networking, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects through follow-ups and strategic communication.
  • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track all interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruiting or staffing industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented: Strong desire to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
