Responsibilities
Candidate must live in the Austin area.
Effectively conduct sales product presentations with prospective customers introducing them to our products: artificial grass, hardwood flooring, and carpet.
Track and monitor specified material for project pipeline.
Locate and onboard new B2B customers daily.
Run B2C homeowner leads as assigned.
Oversee project installations working with installers and customers.
Properly prepare for appointments by building proposals and preparing for objections
Record all information in CRM system.
Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience
Must be self-motivated and organized.
Efficiently manage time.
Relevant prior in-home sales experience with a strong record of achievement is an asset, but not required.
Prior experience in the landscape or construction field preferred.
Must have a good understanding of how to effectively use CRM.
Must be a good team player and work effectively with others.
