Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth of our SaaS software FieldEquip (fieldequip.com) - FIeld Service Management platform , expand our market presence, and generate revenue by engaging with enterprise customers in oil field services, industrial services and many others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Development : Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise customers in the industrial services sector to drive new business.
  • Enterprise Software Sales : Sell FieldEquip’s FSM platform to businesses that require field service management solutions, with a focus on industrial service providers.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, operations leaders, and IT stakeholders .
  • Market & Competitive Analysis : Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Solution Selling Approach : Present and demonstrate FieldEquip’s value proposition, focusing on ROI and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing : Manage contract discussions and lead the negotiation process to close deals successfully.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management , preferably selling enterprise software (ERP, CRM, FSM, or SaaS solutions) .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an enterprise or mid-market environment.
  • Experience selling to field service companies , including sectors such as oil & gas services, equipment rental, industrial field services, field maintenance, and utilities .
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Sage and other ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
