Your Role in Action

• Supervision: You'll supervise the implementation of ABA services, showcasing your leadership skills.
• Crafting Customized Plans: Develop and monitor behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Analyzing Effectiveness: Compile data and create graphs to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and skill assessments.
• Empowering Staff and Parents: Interact with our dedicated staff and provide them with valuable training and support.

Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination

• A currently enrolled in Master's of Applied Behavior Analysis program is required.
• A Master's degree in related field (e.g. psychology, special education) but in a certificate program to become Board Certified Behavior Analyst accepted.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D).
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst considered.
• Remarkable problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families.
• Exceptional clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services for children with autism.
