With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of mega projects with revenue exceeding $3,000,000/year. Coordinate all project efforts to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution. Serve as primary liaison with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction. Oversee and monitor work of less experienced project managers. Manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and team assignments. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts for complex projects. Coordinate work efforts and review work performed. Ensure quality management. Lead and mentor team members, including hiring, firing, promotion, and performance reviews. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. 15 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree. Registered Architect (RA).
