We provide a solid foundation for development programs from site identification to occupancy.

Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an AutoCAD Technician based in Addison, TX, with periodic flexibility to work from home. The AutoCAD Technician will be responsible for technical drawing, land surveying, communication, and construction drawings as part of the day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and update AutoCAD drawings based on provided specifications and design requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of site plans, floorplans, and as-built drawings.
• Review and check drawings for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project requirements.
• Communicate with project managers and senior team members to ensure that design goals and deadlines are met.
• Support the design team with general administrative tasks as needed.
• Potential to expand into fieldwork, including traveling to project sites to survey and document existing buildings, measuring layouts, and capturing as-built conditions for accurate design updates.

Qualifications

• Technical Drawing skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drawing
• Experience in architectural or construction industries is a plus
