We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a full-time, in-office, entry-level position that plays a vital role in our retirement plan third party administration services. This position entails various duties, including but not limited to the following:

  • Detailed data entry
  • Reconciliation of employee census and payroll reports
  • Review of retirement plan statements and assets
  • Trust accounting
  • Reconciliation of retirement plan receivables
  • Research of accounting discrepancies
  • Preparation of financials for plan assets
  • Assisting with plan distributions and loans

Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Computer and email experience is a must
  • High level of experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with all other MS Office applications
  • Accounting experience
  • Experience with retirement plans administration
  • Attention to detail and organization with strong multitasking abilities
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and innovative mindset
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team with changing priorities

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
